With his own methodology for supporting leaders and teams, Incisive Interventions, he offers a series of human and organizational development models that create a new level of balance in the midst of chaos, helping to consolidate skills, processes, and systems that cope well with uncertainty and increasing complexity.
Steffen has a degree in civil engineering from the University of Karlsruhe (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology - KIT), Germany and an MBA from the University of Cumbria, England, with a focus on Leadership and Sustainability. He is also an Integral Associate Coach, trained by Integral Coaching Canada, a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a participant in the Art of Hosting network (Art of Hosting Meaningful Conversations), and a member of the Global Faculty of Time to Think, trained to certify coaches and facilitators in the Thinking Environment approach.
